Welcome to smokeandashllc.com. By accessing this website and/or purchasing our products or services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Smoke & Ash LLC provides products and services related to the cigar industry. By using this site, you certify that you are of legal smoking age in your jurisdiction (at least 21 years of age in the United States). We reserve the right to verify age at our discretion.

Smoke & Ash LLC is a boutique, after-hours operation.

• Operating Hours: Our fulfillment "Power Hours" are Monday through Friday, 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM EST, and throughout the day on weekends.
• Lead Time: All orders are subject to a 24-hour processing lead time.
• Shipping: Orders placed during business hours (M-F) will be processed during the following evening window. Tracking numbers will be provided once a shipping label is created; however, carrier pickup typically occurs the following business morning.

All "Fairway" and "Social" concierge bookings are subject to a separate service agreement.

• Booking: A date is not secured until a non-refundable deposit is received.
• Compliance: Smoke & Ash LLC operates in compliance with Michigan state tobacco laws. For event services, the client is responsible for ensuring the venue allows tobacco consumption.

We strive for perfection, but we are human. Smoke & Ash LLC does not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on this site are 100% accurate, complete, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders if the information is inaccurate.

Smoke & Ash LLC sells cigar accessories (lighters, cutters, etc.).

• Lighters: Torch lighters are shipped without butane per DOT regulations. Use extreme caution when filling and operating high-heat torches.
• Liability: Smoke & Ash LLC is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage (direct or indirect) arising from the use of our products or the attendance of our concierge events.

The "Smoke & Ash" name, logo, and all content on this website are the property of Smoke & Ash LLC. You may not use our branding or images for commercial purposes without express written consent.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Macomb , Michigan.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
